Mission of the Sisters of the Order of St. Basil the Great in Poltava, Ukraine
In response to an invitation from Reverend Father Jurij Korolevsky with the blessing of Most Reverend Bishop Vasil’ Tuchapets’, Kharkiv Exarch of the UGCC, in 2017 two Basilian Sisters from the Most Holy Trinity Province in Ukraine began a pastoral ministry in the city of Poltava.

The members the General Administration received an invitation from the Sisters from the Most Holy Trinity Province (Ukraine), who are celebrating their 15-year ministry at their mission in Athens, Greece. Two General Councilors, Sister Nazariya Mykhyaliuk, OSBM and Sister Emanuela Vavrekova, OSBM, gladly traveled to take part in the occasion.
