30 08 15 1On August 30, 2015 the Vice-Province of St. Basil and St. Macrina in Krizevci, Croatia celebrated the 100th Jubilee of the arrival of the Basilian Sisters.

Hierarchal Divine Liturgy in the Cathedral in Krizevci was celebrated by Most Reverend Nikola Kekic. Concelebrating were priests of both western and eastern churches. Mother Dia Stasiuk, General Superior, was present at the celebration, greeted the Sisters and thanked them for their magnanimous gift of service to the Church. At the conclusion of the celebrations, all guests were given a copy of a Jubilee Book with the history of the Vice-Province. Throughout the year, local television and radio stations featured events showcasing and thanking the Sisters for their ministries to the people. Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic presented a special letter of gratitude to Sr. Zinovija Kolic, OSBM. We wish the Sisters much physical and spiritual strength for continued ministry for the glory of God and the good of Christ’s Church.
